Alex is an intelligent wearable device that monitors the angle of the neck in order to provide feedback on how to improve posture. Alex will give you a gentle vibration to let you know to correct your posture if your neck bends too far into what is known as a "poor posture angle."

Alex, the posture coach, will instruct you on how to keep your neck in a healthy position at all times.
When you connect your device to this application, you will be able to view the history of your posture status and make some adjustments to Alex's device (e.g., whether and when to vibrate, vibration length, and at what angle to vibrate.)
